Yes! I have! xD I’ve been sticking with my “meal plan” (its written down below) but I haven’t exercise as much as I like… Normally I would run/jogg on my treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes 5 days a week. Haven’t had time for that though.. Im trying to reduce to 2 times a week - exercising at the weekends u.u

My meal plan is pretty simple actually.. I don’t really count colories though, I only eat a little each and every meal - at least I try to - although breakfast can be an exception sometimes in terms of quantity and what I choose to eat too, depending on my mood in the morning xb one of the things that I do right after I wake up is drink 2 glasses of water, before breakfast. What I have for breakfast… It really depends, like I said earlyer. Sometimes Im in a mood for oatmeal, others youghurt with low cal cookies… other times more int.cereals with soy milk or youghurt to go with… toasts… You got the point! ahah xD then in the middle of the morning (…?) I drink more 2 glasses of water and if Im hungry - most of the time Im not - I eat an orange ^^ at lunch I eat whatever I had from yesterdays dinner, but I dont eat everything. A couple of hours later I drink 2 glasses of water… again… I know.. My best friends are the washgrooms… xD drink a yourghurt or eat a fruit… dinner (same as lunch) but at the end I have my special dessert: a little tinny black chocolate bar x33 drink water again if Im thirsthy - I usually am… god knows why… - and drink a coup of green tea before going to bed! and that’s it! ^0^

Hey People!

Long time no see D: I know, I know.. I’ve been gone for way too long, but believe me, I didn’t lost track. I’ve gain a good amount of weight since the last time I’ve been here, but I handdled the situation and, right now, I’m with 64kg. Well, alot of things happened ‘till now, and one of those things made me open my eyes recently (which made me loose weight again ahah) but yeah. I’m not going to talk about right now. It’s late and I really need to sleep. I’ll leave the mistery here… :b

Oh! One more thing: The Girl that You Guys saw (one picture which you can see a very skinny girl with dark hair taking a picture in front of a mirror in a full view) It Is NOT ME. Just to make things clear ‘cause some of you guys didn’t also noticed my pweight progress or.. whatever you call that thing ahah xD So yeah. If you are following only because you think that that girl is me, feel free to unfollow if you want :/
